The department of Mechanical Engineering of KBT COE, Nashik organizing first E – Conference on Recent Trends in Mechanical Engineering on 25th and 26th November 2020.
The 1st National conference aims to provide a platform for students, academician, researchers and research scholars to bring together to exchange and share their experience, discuss the latest advancements research findings and research results on all aspects of engineering and technology. it also provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovation trends and concerns as well a practical challenges encountered and solution adopted in the field of recent technology. Themes of conference have revolved around the linkage between recent tools and technology, sustainable development, innovation, Entrepreneurship and education for emerging areas of Engineering.
About College
The NDMVP Samaj’s K.B.T. College of Engineering was established in 1999 having 11 acres area in the heart of the Nashik city at approximately 2 Kms from CBS and 12 Kms from Nashik Road Railway station. The college is Permanently Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and Approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Our institute is NAAC Accredited institute with ‘A’ Grade. The College has well-equipped laboratories, workshop and Hostel facilities. Every department has separate computational facilities along with LAN, Wi-Fi and necessary softwares. At present the college provides four-year courses leading to Bachelor’s Degree of University of Pune in the following disciplines : Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology along with post graduate courses in MBA and Engineering.
About Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj Sanstha
The Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj is one of the most prestigious centers of learning in the State of Maharashtra.It manages 477 educational institutes and it is one of the premier organization in the jurisdiction of Savitribai Phule Pune University. At present total strength of student is around 2,00,000. History says that the credit for the birth of M. V. P. About Mechanical Engg. Department
Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in year 1999. Department offers Bachelor of Engineering degree with an intake of 120 students and Post Graduate degree in Design Engineering with an intake of 24 students. Six faculty members of our department have completed Ph.D. from renowned institutes like IIT & NIT. Department has well equipped laboratories and infrastructure. Department has signed several MoUs and started three training centres to provide opportunity to the students to work on live industry based projects. Our faculty members are actively working on research projects funded by DST, AICTE and SPPU.
